As a space dedicated to inclusion and equity, we reserve the right to remove any member who is causing harm or a threat to the community without a refund. Our code of conduct is clearly outlined and every member must agree to them. If you have questions, please be in touch!
So, how much does this thing cost?
Our membership operates on a self-selecting sliding scale ranging from $25-$75, aligning with our values of transparency, anti-capitalism, and accessibility. This means you get to choose how much you pay— all payment options receive the same access to our membership.
While capitalism has probably taught you to select the lowest price point possible (we feel ya), we ask you to thoughtfully reflect on what you can contribute to our community. This will likely take into account your privilege, safety nets, income, expenses, and more— we can’t decide for you. We also offer a payment level of $15/month for those who cannot afford $25/month, email us at hi@imby.io if you’d like to access that and we will get you set up!
If you are a Black, Indigenous, and/or Person of Color, or part of the LGBTQAI+ community, we recognize you’re already doing a great deal of emotional labor in your daily lives. In our commitment to substantive allyship, we want you to know there’s no pressure to choose a higher end of the sliding scale.
If none of the pricing options are accessible to you, we offer 5 free spots for new BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and/or chronically ill or disabled members available each month. If you’d like to take advantage, please apply here and we’ll be in touch ASAP.

How do I access all my membership perks?
We use a few platforms within the IMBY community:
Geneva for our community forum, informal hangouts, and connecting to each other
Zoom for speakers and activities
Podia to host our content and replays
... yeah, we wish there was one system too. And hopefully, there will be sooner than later! But don't worry, we walk you through exactly where to go for what in your welcome email, and we are always available for questions (and feedback).
